Mutual Goals was founded in Israel in 2003 by Shlomi Hakim, who at the time was a practicing lawyer and a manager of a Tel Aviv Law Firm.

With over 20 years of experience in international residential real estate investments and developments in Israel, Spain, Cyprus, and the USA. Shlomi Hakim has built a strong reputation as an expert in this field.

Since 2013, Mutual Goals has been focused on expanding its residential real estate operations in the Spanish market. With multiple residential projects in Barcelona, Madrid, Costa Brava, Sant Cugat Del Vallès, Maresme, and the Island of Ibiza.

Mutual Goals has a strong presence in the Spanish real estate market. Some projects are at the final stages of sales or post-sales, while others are under construction or at the stage of planning and licensing.

In 2021, Mutual Goals expanded its operations to Cyprus. With over 20 years of expertise in Cyprus on a personal and professional level, Mutual Goals identified a local market need for residential apartments in prime locations. Mutual Goals has since established strong and healthy corporate operations in promoting and developing real estate projects in Cyprus, starting in the capital Nicosia.
